We'll have a Quantum Heart Journey each time, where you can lie back and relax in your own sacred space, and I'll lead you on a journey through time and space - a journey of healing, of discovery, expansion, and of navigating the new space we're in.

Bring your beautiful heart, and an open mind!

 

Bring a notebook, hot drink/water and a cosy space for yourself.

 

We'll begin with opening a sacred space and connecting heart to heart in our circle, then I'll give some introduction to the current themes before our journey, and there'll be time for sharing and support afterwards. These will be confidential spaces to connect and share.   A recording will be sent out afterwards, for those unable to attend at the time.
